Lacey Ranck is a multifaceted professional whose career spans the fields of clinical psychology and has goals to support law enforcement and military families. Born in Flagstaff, Arizona, Lacey has dedicated her life to serving her community and supporting those who protect and serve. She strives to support many aspects of the community including several hours of community service and supporting local youth programs such as the Young Marines.

Lacey spends much of her spare time working in the community supporting youth and those who live beside her in Arizona’s most patriotic town. Her patriotic approach to her lifestyle and morals has defined her as a God-fearing American who vows to support those who support those who serve and protect this amazing country. Lacey’s dedication to youth is to help shape and change our future leaders and employees by embracing military values and encouraging a lifestyle of healthy choices. Her family is a proud owner of a home in Dewey Humboldt where they embrace their love for rescued animals and embracing the American dream. Her family is a law enforcement family that has committed their life to serving others. Lacey and her husband are from multiple generations of first responders and military, her roots in American values have created her to have a love and dedicated approach to America and the foundation of its legacy.

Lacey volunteers hundreds of hours a year supporting various military events and activities along with supporting the Youth as local leadership school director and support officer for a local youth program. She is very dedicated to supporting our youth, helping them create a healthy lifestyle and helping create strong morals and leaders.

With her deep desire to embrace the love of her country and community, she works hard to seek out employees who have a military background. She supports their intellectual needs as they have served their country and now need the support to reconnect with their community. Hardships that were created through the transitions are often their biggest struggles. Several of our veterans are often misunderstood or pushed aside when it comes to psychological and medical needs. Understanding that veterans need extra support with VA appointments Lacey has created an environment that embraces their needs and supports their growth.
